- Ask them to complete setup and say hello to Alex
3–5 Days Before
- Send Pre-Read to all participants
- Follow up with anyone who hasn't confirmed setup
Day Of
- VS Code open with Alex initialized in a demo workspace
- Copilot Pro or Pro+ active
- Demo scripts open on second screen
- Test audio if demoing TTS
- Optional: Gamma API key set, Replicate API key set
After Session
- Share Participant Handout via email
- Share Self-Study Path
- Send persona-specific follow-up email
